Now that the official Jabulani World Cup ball has been released and we all see how awesome it looks, does it make you wonder how in the heck they make it? The Jabulani isn’t your ordinary soccer ball with a bunch of sewn together leather panels. It is eight 3-D spherically formed EVA and TPU panels molded together.
