Another Goalkeeper Mistake

It’s that  kind of video again. Forty-year-old FC Twente goalkeeper Sander Boschker lets a stoppable ball roll into the back of the net. Unlike many of the other goalkeepers who have failed to completely stop easy shots on goal due to their early egotistical celebrations, this mistake can be blamed on the bumpy field.

If you watch carefully you can clearly see the ball take a hop slightly higher than what Boschker anticipated. For a professional goalkeeper who has played in over 500 games for his team, though, this is unacceptable.
